With two or three authors
With more than three authors- give the name of the first author, followed by ‘et al.’ (and others).
With one or more editor(s) - Include the abbreviation (ed./eds.) after their surname.
EDITOR(S) (ed./eds.) (Year) Title. Edition. Place of Publication: Publisher.
If you are using a book which has an overall editor, and chapters are written by different authors, you may only want to refer to the chapter you have read. You then need to reference both the chapter and the book it appears in as follows:
AUTHOR(S) (Year) Title of chapter. In: AUTHOR(S)/EDITOR(S) (ed./eds.) Book title. Edition. Place of publication: Publisher, Pages, use p. or pp.
