DMU Local offers a great range of projects to become involved with, partnering with local schools and colleges, community groups, and charities. Not only do these projects have an incredible benefit to the community, but they go a long way in helping you to enhance and develop new skills Whether you are looking for experience in a certain area, looking to improve your communication skills, wanting to build up your confidence or simply wanting to give back, DMU Local has a project for you.

Volunteering is one of the most rewarding ways to support the community, whilst building on your own personal skills. We have plenty of ways to get involved as a one-off occurrence, or something slightly longer term, whatever suits you and your needs best.
