To ensure that materials on your list are available by the start of term, you need to create/update your list at least 8 weeks before your module starts. This will allow the Library time to check your list and order items that are not in stock. Below is the timeline for traditional and non-traditional modules.
Resource lists can be updated throughout the year but module leaders must update and publish their lists by the deadline to ensure materials are available to students in time for teaching.
A list is automatically sent for review when it is published by academics (by clicking on the Publish button)
Published lists must be added to Blackboard so students can access them easily.
Rolled over lists are in draft so academics must revise their lists and publish them to ensure that they are visible to students and to enable library staff to review them . This must be done at least 8 weeks before the start of the module even if you haven't made changes to your list as the library will check the lists for new editions for example.
