Our drop-in gives you the opportunity to speak with a librarian about any aspect of referencing or literature searching (finding quality information for your assignments).
Drop-in operates on a first-come-first-served basis – so no booking needed.
To allow tutors to see as many students as possible drop-in slots are kept to 10 minutes.
Drop-in takes place in the Learning Development Zone (LDZ) in Kimberlin Library

1. Identify what it is you want to talk about with the tutor
2. Get any work ready which you want to share.
3. If you’re sharing a section of an assignment, it’s really useful for the tutor to see your assignment brief too.
Drop-in operates on a first-come-first-served basis and tutors see as many students as they can within the hour.
