OneDrive is your online cloud storage space. With your DMU MS365 subscription to get 1 TB of space. You can access your saved files and photos from any device. It is also easy to share files and folders. Working collaboratively on projects is also easy with the share function. Your team can all work collaboratively on the same version of a document. You can work in real-time and chat while working on a project together.
To save documents online to your OneDrive, sign in to Office. You can also sync to your OneDrive folder on your computer. You can have several OneDrive folders on your computer. You may already have a personal OneDrive that came with your own personal MS365 subscription. Now, you can also add your DMU OneDrive folder to make it easy to work between devices on your assignments. Storing files in your OneDrive folder on your device means you can also work offline. Any changes you have made to your files will be synced to OneDrive Online when you have connected to the internet again.
