The National Archives Discovery website is the catalogue of their own collections but also includes records held by other archives  

Find-an-archive, The National Archives register of UK and international archives: 

Archives Hub includes the catalogues of 250 archives across the UK, many of which do not have their own websites

AIM25 collates descriptions of archive records held within the radius of the M25 motorway, many of which do not have their own websites 

Europeana website collates digitized items from European museums, libraries, archives and multi-media collections

Archives Portal Europe gives access to information on archival material from different European countries
