Rayyan is web-based software providing a different approach to reference management.
Through its interface users are guided through the literature review process: duplication detection, screening (via article title/abstract and then full text) and data extraction. It prompts users to make critical decisions to select and review appropriate material.
It does not provide a folder structure through which to organise material or create citations and reference lists in specific referencing styles to be inserted into work. Organisation comes through interface taking users through the review process and at the end of that process there is an option to export selected material into a file for importing into Mendeley, Zotero or MyBib.
You can access Rayyan via a free account. Some advanced functions providing bulk operations are not available to use as they are in charged tiers.
