Visible Body - Anatomy and Physiology: Access

Acessing Visible Body

Access Visible Body using the website version via your PC, Mac, laptop or download app version via your tablet or smart phone. Please be aware of the system requirements before using either version.

Be aware: if using a University PC the default browser will be Internet Explorer. You need to open either Chrome or Firefox to use the Website version.

Website version for PC, Mac, laptop

Browser: Firefox, Chrome, Safari (Internet Explorer/Edge not compatible)

Download App version for mobile devices

iPhone/iPad. Operating System: iOS 11.3 or later; Storage: 2.0 GB

Android. Operating System: Android 5 or later; Storage: 1.4 GB

Anatomy & Physiology

  1. Click on this: Anatomy & Physiology
  2. Log-in with your DMU Single Sign-on username and password.
  3. Click on Anatomy & Physiology.
  4. Click on Launch.

Human Anatomy Atlas

  1. Click on this: Human Anatomy Atlas
  2. Log-in with your DMU Single Sign-on username and password.
  3. Click on Human Anatomy Atlas.
  4. Click on Launch.

  1. Log-on to the Library Portal - use your DMU Single Sign-on
  2. Click on Off Campus.(If on campus do not click on On Campus).
  3. Click on the app you require.
  4. Enter your DMU Email Address in the box and submit. The webpage will change to a new box for you to enter a verification code.
  5. Check your DMU Email Account for an email from Visible Body that will contain the verification code.
  6. Enter the code; download and install the app.
  7. A second email will be sent to you with a username and password: you will be asked to enter these when you open the app.
  8. The app will work for 150 days. Repeat the above steps to request a new activation code to be able to use the app for another 150 days.
