Library Community Network

Sign up to the Library Community Network!

This is an informal community and forum for DMU students to take part in Library and Learning Services (LLS) initiatives, innovations and developments. It is an opportunity to influence, discuss and develop services to help ensure the LLS supports the learning, study, research and skills needs of all of its community. 

We’ll be looking at a number of projects and initiatives to improve student experience from reading lists, to resources, to decolonising our collections, from wellbeing initiatives, new technologies, apps, to art, culture and events. We are looking for students to engage and work with us to innovate, explore and create.  

You’ll be part of a network and gain valuable experience for your CV and develop your transferable skills. 

The Library Network Community is open for all DMU student library users and is open for dialogue at any time.  

Much of the community work will be online in forum, chats and workshops but we’ll also meet up in person for events.
