Assistive Technology (AT) LibChat

The AT Chatbor can help you find answers to your AT questions (e.g. MindGenius mind mapping, text-to-Speech software, converting PDFs to Word). If you cannot find a suitable answer, you can submit a ticket at the end of the chat and we will follow up during our office hours 9 am - 4 pm. You can also live chat with us during our LibChat hours - see our live chat hours.

How does the Digital Partner and AT Libchat drop-in work?

  1. When we are online (see our service hours), you will see the Chatboxes (on the left) appear and be active.
  2. Complete the form in the relevant Chatbox and click on START CHAT.
  3. You will enter a Libchat queue and digital partners will connect on chat.
  4. We can contact you on MS Teams if screen sharing is needed

If you will be sharing your screen, logon to Teams via your computer and have your work/software ready. First time using Teams, see our MS Team's guide.
