How does the Digital Partner and AT Libchat drop-in work?

  1. When we are online (see our service hours), you will see the Chatboxes (on the left) appear and be active.
  2. Complete the form in the relevant Chatbox and click on START CHAT.
  3. You will enter a Libchat queue and digital partners will connect on chat.
  4. We can contact you on MS Teams if screen sharing is needed

If you will be sharing your screen, logon to Teams via your computer and have your work/software ready. First time using Teams, see our MS Team's guide.

Digital Partner

Get support with making the most of the software in your course, with help in using MS365 Office, Assistive Technology and Learning Technologies (Blackboard, DMU Replay and Turnitin).
