Academic Support Drop-In: Digital Skills Support

Welcome to our Digital Skills Drop-In and Digital Fridays Study Club Sessions!

Welcome to our Digital Skills drop-In and study club sessions. Get support for digital skills, MS365 apps and Assistive Technology from our Library Digital Partner team.

Online Drop-in Session

Connect with us in real-time during our designated live chat hours. If we're offline, explore our Frequently Answered Questions (FAQs) using our interactive chatbot. Can't find the answer you need? Simply submit a query ticket at the end of the Chatbot chat, and we'll follow up during our office hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can also reach us by submitting a question via digitalsupport@dmu.ac.uk.

In-Person Digital Fridays Study Club

Join the weekly Digital Skills study club to tackle your digital assignments, including PowerPoint, Word, InDesign etc.

This study session provides dedicated time for your tasks. While it's primarily self-directed, we offer digital skills support if you have any questions. Please note that this is not a traditional taught session.

Our sessions are held at the Library in the Learning Development Zone (LDZ, ground floor) or KL0.07B. See the calendar on this page for event details.

Attendance is not compulsory, but registration is required. Upon registering for a session, you'll automatically be enrolled in all sessions for the term. Therefore, there's no need to re-register for each study club session, allowing you to join whenever needed.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at digitalsupport@dmu.ac.uk.
