Mentoring for All @ DMUSupporting student learning, development and achievementThe university offers a variety of mentoring opportunities for students and staff. “Mentoring is to support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order that they may maximize their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be."
Mentoring allows students to work with a mentor (either a fellow student, a member of DMU staff, or someone outside the university depending on the scheme) for mutual benefit.
