Librarians Online Appointments: Login

Welcome to the Librarian Online Appointments

This service is available via booking only. Please return to the Library tutorial booking page if you have not booked an e-tutorial. 

• If you have booked an online utorial, please wait and a Librarian will become available at the time shown in your confirmation email.
• Make sure you are in a quiet space and you have access to a microphone.
• When the Librarian is online, you will see a Chatbox appear. Complete the form in the Chatbox and click on START CHAT.

Note: The LibChat box will go live at the allocated time. Please refresh the browser at your appointment time until you see it activated.

Refresh the page if the LibChat box does not appear active at your appointment time.
