Feedback and Performance: Satisfaction Surveys

Satisfaction Surveys

Each term we hold a feedback event in the Kimberlin library foyer.  Library users are invited to complete a form indicating satisfaction levels, whether they felt that they are treated fairly and given the opportunity to suggest improvements. Respondents are asked to rate their satisfaction for three main areas;

  • The library as a place to study
  • IT resources in the library
  • Books and resources to support my studies

Since February 2020 respondents have also been asked to rate their satisfaction for:

  •  The service you receive at out help desks and/or Just Ask email/Live Chat
